Shipping is only available within the U.S. at this time. Lunai accepts U.S. returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase and items must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If there is an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged contact us at shop@onthelunai.com and include your name, email, and photo of the item. Do not ship the item back until you receive confirmation.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been shipped.
